"This was a great cozy home with 3 equally sized rooms and a full bathroom. It's tucked up a dirt/gravel road and while I got up okay in my Nissan Sentra, I'd recommend a truck or something with decent ground clearance, especially if your staying during the rainy season. I was surprised to be immersed into wildlife! I was fortunate to enjoy a sea of fireflies, morning bunnies, and a family of deer at dusk. The host was friendly and communicative. I enjoyed my stay at this sweet home."

"The townhome was very clean and super nice since it does seem like a new build. We stayed 2 nights for a quick trip for a funeral. The bedrooms were good sizes and the beds were super comfy. Unfortunately, we couldn't utilize the back porch sitting area since it rained the whole time we were there. The kitchen had a little box of snacks and coffee pods! "The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again."

"Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...

"I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again."
