"I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Léopold. The check in instructions were very clean and easy to follow. It is a charming hotel in an old building with matching decor. The room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet night. Coffee tea and fruits available on the salon and a hearty breakfast at the konditorei. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to drive the next day. "

"Lovely staff on reception, room was clean and spacious (Family Suite - Main Building). Our only disappointment was that the pool facilities and outdoor jacuzzi are all part of the Spa, and cost extra - nearly £25 per Adult and £12 per child. Also restricted times Children can go in the Spa. Overall lovely Hotel and stay, I just think the Hotel should make it clearer about the additional costs for the Spa."

"Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!"

"The rooms were comfortable and mine connected to a lovely terrace. However it was unusually warm during my stay and I felt uncomfortable sleeping with my terrace door open, I closed it and was quite hot in my room. I was able to street park easily and the hostel is very well located for walking around town and to the lakefront."
