" Clean room"

"A slightly disappointing stay, had expected better from a Hyatt. The internet was very poor in the hotel bedrooms, but worked fine in the lobby area. The room was very spacious, but the soundproofing was poor & could hear the crying/ screaming kids upstairs/ next door. The patio was very disappointing, just a narrow balcony with a view of a bush. The restaurant was good and the cafe shop & lobby area had nice seating. Overall I would not stay here again & it was not good value for money."

"The name is misleading as there is no lodge or restaurant. It is a single story structure with about 10 rooms. The unit interior was fine and very clean, the exterior of the building and grounds were in poor condition. The view is great but not worth the cost of the stay. There are better options available in the area. "

"we checked in and there was not ANY toilet paper! and the bathroom was not very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We did not use the pool area. The Cavalier restaurant food was good - our order was incorrect at first but staff made it right and it filled us up."
