Big Chute Vacations

"The positives: Clean bed, linens and overall general upkeep was good. The negatives: Some standard items that I would have expected were missing. There was no full length mirror in the room to double check your outfit before heading out. I also didn't an ironing board or iron but this might be available at the front desk, I didn't ask as I didn't need it. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room. 2 bottles of water were provided and a mini fridge. The staff mentioned there was a Tims...

"Got there at 7 p.m. after a long drive. Door on office locked. A sign gave two numbers to call...called them repeatedly. Went for dinner in town. Called again...no answer at 9 p.m. Gave up and took another hotel. They would not refund either. Suggest you call ahead during the day to confirm arrangements. I did not see in the room...number of stars on those items a guess from looking at the outside. Low cost is nice as I was by myself and not that worried...but it did not work out."

"No bedside table or any table to put sleep apnea machine on. No outlet to plug it in. No dresser no closet to hang anything. Fell through the bed...slats not attached. Sheets would not stay on bed."

"A very nice room but the finish on the bathtub was starting to come off so it didn't look clean and the water may have made the rust spots down near the drain. The edges of the desk had becomes sticky you to the tape that had been adhered to all of the corners possibly to avoid scratching. It was clean but it didn't feel clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff went above and beyond."

"Great room. Had everything we needed. Lots of outdoor seating and places for fires. Highly recommend"
