"Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around!"
"It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful."
"Check in was easy, host was helpful and informative. Room condition was disappointing. Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. Closet area had only 1 hanger, :(

"The property was very plain, but clean for the most part. They do not have an elevator, not really an issue since we stayed on the 1st floor. The breakfast was better than a continental style breakfast with biscuits and gray, pancakes, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The pool area says that it is under renovation, but it looks completely closed with very old plywood placed over it. As stated before, the room was plain and dated, but clean. The mattress was not terribly comfortable, but definitely not...
