"Very clean facilities, very friendly staff, late arrival for check in was no problem, luggage storage was very convenient. The location was immediately opposite to the train station and exceptionally quiet. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend for solo female travellers."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which really made a difference. I was able to check in late, even after reception hours, and they made the process smooth and stress-free. When we had to check out early in the morning, they kindly provided us with breakfast to-go, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and comfortable. Best spot to stay at, if you want to be near the train station as restaurants. Overall, excellent service and hospitality—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent — filling enough to last us through a full day on the slopes. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station, and our room had a clear, stunning view of the Matterhorn. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely book here again on our next ski trip to Zermatt."

It is within a 7 minute or less walk from everything, ski lifts, restaurants etc. I also enjoyed the outdoor pool and wellness center. The rooms were spotless, and comfortable. It is a little more pricy but worth every penny. "
