"Booked hotel - yet when I arrived at 6pm there were no staff - all doors locked - no guests and hotel appeared to be closed. Expedia relocated me to another hotel close by."

"So we had an amazing time, the lodge was lovely, the evening meal and spa were great. The only problem was the breakfast … there was a wedding party, they were short staffed only 2 waiters. They couldn’t keep up with demand so the hot counter was never replenished at the same time so I stood with ..."
