"Excellent staff, polite, helpful. Excellent food for breakfast, dinner and in-room dining. Small but clean pool and small but modern gym. The only area for improvement is housekeeping: mold in shower area, on built-in shelf for shampoo and dust under baggage counter, next to mini-fridge. Carpet in room was worn out and needs better vacuuming. We will book this hotel again next time we visit Odisha."

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely clean with all modern amenities required for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the peaceful ambience made the experience even better."

"The property was very neat, clean, friendly-staff. Wish the mattress and pillows were firmer; they were too soft. Didn't find a hair dryer. Otherwise excellent room size, bathroom size, nice towels and sheets. We had a la carte dinner which was excellent. The buffet looked extremely good too. We would stay there again."

"My stay overall was a decent experience but there are a couple of areas the management should focus to get a perfect score. #1. There were mosquitoes in MyNT dining area. Though in a small numbers, it was an awful experience one night during dinner to be constantly swating while eating. We were two dining on 5th July around 10 PM. It's obviously a health scare besides being extremely annoying.#2. The food preparation/taste during dinner (A la carte) was very basic. I dined twice and each time the food tasted bland missing the punch. Either excess saffron in BIryani and restless chicken or extremely bland handi veg, it left much to be desired particularly when cross town Welcom's Kebab and Kurries was stellar in comparison. I had to return my food once to redo the cooking to make it eatable. I must add though the breakfast was an excellent experience. The taste of Indian food in breakfast was right up there with best in class. I have stayed in this property twice and the PREVIOUS stay was exceptional with outstanding food (Guntur murg ka tikka, Palak paneer and Achari chicken) with perfect punch and seasoning on top."

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, amenities and staff. The location cannot be beat - centrally located close to the railway station or airport. Easy to find Ubers, autos, and lots of shopping within walking distance. Many temples, and handicraft stores are within a 10 minute walk. The amenities were spectacular. Spacious rooms, spotlessly clean, multiple Restaurants on site, 24/7 room service, and more. The staff might be the highlight of this hotel. Every single individual went above and beyond. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the doorman, and more. I especially recall Ruthi, Sangi, digvijay, Smita and Prachi. I’m forgetting a few names. They work long shifts, they serve with a smile. Highly recommended place to stay. We were a large group with elderly persons and a number of rooms. We had the best time. "
