"The property lives up to its promise. What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off. Big shout out to Kaif who helped coordinate it all within minutes of booking. Great experience overall and a no brainer if you're looking to book a hotel in the city."

"Beautiful resort with a serene, spiritual atmosphere. The stunning artwork and presence of Lord Shiva throughout the property were truly the highlight of our stay. The rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and feature large, well-appointed bathrooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The amenities are excellent, and the pool is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff are courteous, attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a peaceful and rejuvenating place."

"We stayed at Narayan Kothi, Varanasi for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The rooms and hospitality were good, and we enjoyed our time at the property. However, there are some areas that need serious improvement, especially food quality and service follow-up. I ordered Dahi Kebab during the stay, after which I suffered food poisoning. The hotel should urgently review its kitchen hygiene and food quality standards. I had also ordered plain moong dal for my 7-month-old daughter, but it was prepared with rice mixed in it. When I took the food back to the restaurant and raised the concern, the staff denied that anything had been mixed. This was disappointing, especially because baby food needs extra care and clear communication. On another night, the team forgot to send the moong dal order altogether, and it finally arrived after around 1 hour 30 minutes. This kind of delay is difficult to manage when travelling with an infant. Also, the hotel team clicked our welcome pictures on arrival, but when we later asked for them, we were told they had been lost. This was disappointing, as guests expect such memories to be handled carefully. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the hotel really needs to improve food safety, baby food handling, communication, and service reliability."
