"Mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimiydi! Otel genel olarak çok temiz, odalar ise son derece bakımlı ve konforluydu. Özellikle sabah kahvaltılarına bayıldık; bahçenin huzurlu ortamında kahvaltı yapmak güne başlamak için harika bir seçimdi. Bizimle yakından ilgilenen, her konuda inanılmaz yardımcı olan ve güler yüzünü hiç eksik etmeyen çalışan şefi Pınar Hanım’a da ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. "Check in was a bit challenging as they weren't responding to messages so we waited outside in the heat until another guest let us in. Reception & breakfast is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). We booked a room titled "City View" but it was a view of a laneway & an old run down building. Room was very small. We had no hot water for the first night and also the next morning (showering was unpleasant, freezing cold). The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep & it stopped working on the...

"Everything was lovely, cleanliness, breakfast, nearby tram station and lots of friendly cats around lol. The only thing that bothered us was the street noise at night sometimes, since we were on the first floor. Overall definitely a very pleasant stay."
