The options were limited and did not meet the expectations set online. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility when I had a guest visit after such a long stay. After more than two weeks at the property, I expected a bit more accommodation and understanding. Housekeeping was also inconsistent. I repeatedly had to request room cleaning and fresh towels upon arrival, instead of the service being proactively provided. Room service overall was below standard. For a stay of this length, I expected better service, communication, and hospitality."

The rooftop restaurant where the breakfast is served it’s breathtaking! The hotel is located near everything you need and very close to the Gran Bazar, Sultanahmet square where there is a Tramway stop that gives you the opportunity to get everywhere without any stress.
