"Room was spacious and really clean. Toiletries were lovely and great if you haven’t brought your own.
Location was excellent, out of the hustle and bustle but a 10 min walk away from busier areas.
The we encountered were fine, but one lady was clearly training so things were a lot slower.
Would have been nice to have the tea and coffee restocked on our second day but we went to reception and they were happy to provide us with extra. "

"The hotel and room were very nice.
However in the 4 person family suite, there was very little privacy with a translucent glass door for the bathroom.
Additionally a block or two from the hotel, we had 2 separate concerning incidents where we were being sized up for a theft. We circled our group and stood our ground, staring them down, causing them to move on. However, it was scary that we got out of the train station and almost lost our stuff. That colored our experiences for coming and going from the hotel."
