"The cleanliness was disappointing. I couldn’t wait to leave. If it had been refundable I would have. The outer coverlet of the bed was dirty in multiple spots (brown stuff- could have been chocolate or… who knows). The shower curtain had mold spots along the entire bottom ; meaning they aren’t regularly washed/maintained."

"Something went wrong when I made my original booking on Expedia and the payment did not go through to Americinn. When I got checked i, I realized that Americinn had charged me again for the room. Nothing has been taken off my bank account yet.....so I paid double for the room. This is Expedia's fault not Americinn."

"The staff were excellent! The breakfast was hot and delicious I can’t believe how good the biscuits and gravy was! The pool area was also wonderful I could not get my 5 year old son out of it! We will be staying here for every future visit!"
