"Check-in prior to arrival was awful; parking fobs never worked and calls were not answer to let us in to the garage; apartment was clean, but the furniture especially the sofa couch was in poor condition; place looked tired and need to be refreshed. Overall property was nice and in a great location. "

"This is a great basement apartment, stocked with coffee and basic essentials. The bed and daybed are comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk to some great restaurants and CVS. The shower is small and hard to navigate as a shorter person due to how the showerhead points, but that was the only issue we had. Lovely place to stay!"
