"The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. Otherwise, everything...

"Great location, well organized space, well decorated. I loved that there were enough places to sit and be comfortable, many VRBO’s have tiny little sofas that are so uncomfortable, but this has proper furniture. The beds are very firm."

"Quaint, quiet place in great location. Very clean and spacious. Many supplies for all your needs. Comfortable bed."

"Pretty close to Yale campus"

"Wonderful stay at this VRBO. Plenty big enough for me and my adult daughter. Sofa bed was good quality and no complaints about sleeping on this matress. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and convenient to everything in Southbury and beyond. If we ever come back to CT, we would absolutely stay here again. 5* accommodations. Host is also very flexible and beyond helpful and very responsive. A for his efforts too!"

"This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen."

"Super clean and excellent response time from host. Weirdly placed refrigerator and the loft bedroom gets super hot. Property needs some TLC. "

"It was amazing , clean and awesome and good time"
