Located on the seventh floor of Sea Colony's Dover House building (elevators and stair access). With all-new modern appliances, and nautical decor, this condo is your ticket to beachfront paradise. Spend endless hours on your balcony, newly furnished with high-top Adirondack seating to maximize the unobstructed ocean views, and easy key-less entry access to your unit for your stay. Guests have access to 1 reserved covered parking space, along with a garage locker with 2 beach chairs and a boogie board. This condo is situated next to 708 Dover House condo, a 1 bedroom, if you want to book for a larger group. Inquire about booking both properties.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels. Please let us know how many guests will be coming.
