Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

"Bathroom was dirty. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. The shower curtain was ridiculously small. If you pulled the curtain to the wall on one side it left a gap of almost 2 feet on the other side. Overall the room was fairly nice and a good size but the bathroom was in bad need of a remodel. "

"was extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted to find explicit adult content available on the hotel TV—not only in the adult section, but also mixed into the regular drama category. This is completely inappropriate and not something I’ve ever encountered at any hotel before. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hotels should ensure that their entertainment menus are clearly separated and that explicit content is never placed where families or unsuspecting guests might come across it. This experience significantly impacted my stay in a negative way."

"I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value."
