Service minded personnel, very good master beds, extra bed where (had a room for 3 person's) where kind of ok. Fresh and good size room. Good food in restaurant and a nice breakfast. Free parking. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for nights stay

Great family day stopover hotel. Friendly welcome, lots for the family including games and pool, and a good restaurant option. We would return again for a longer stay in Besancon in order to see more of this beautiful town and citadel. My only comment for improvement is that the carpet in rooms looks tired compared to the rest of the hotel.

Great hotel but bar/restaurant closed on sunday

We were very disappointed after travelling for hours in the rain on a rainy Sunday to find neither the bar nor the restaurant were open. We only booked the hotel because of the on-site restaurant. Everything else was fantastic - such a shame though.

Hotel is located almost central to Besancon and has all the services we need: good parking, good breakfast and very clean and comfortable. We choose a family room (a bit stretch to have a double and two single beds in a standard room) and we enjoyed the 2 days stay in there. We couldn't find any flaws and we would choose it again.

the hotel was really nice, new and clean. the only thing that did not suite me was the gym opening 10 am, which I understand, but not practical with my schedule. also, I did not know besançon, and maybe next time I would consider something more in the city centre. but totally ok for a business trip

The room is too small and doesn’t have much room for all our needs. The common area seemed a bit neglected and in need of attention to maintenance. The staff is friendly. The location is not very good. Far from everything. I am glad we had a car. You definitely need a car to stay there.

Good for an Ibis Hotel

The hotel is a little tired but the rooms are adequate and the facilities reasonable with the inclusion of a small swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Plenty secure parking but the hotel is in the middle of a housing estate. There is a Liddell nearby and a Casino Supermarket slightly further away but both easy to walk to. Overall, better than some Ibis hotels that I have stayed in and the staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't try to get to the city centre and believe that it is relatively easy using public transport therefore there is certainly a saving to be made by staying here rather than the city centre.

Hoewel het verblijf redelijk goed was, zijn er toch heel wat aan te merken: - kamer is verouderd. - badkamer kranen zijn oud en douchekop vies. - airco maakt herrie. - afvalbak valt uit elkaar - kamer lijkt expres lelijke styling te hebben omdat het ibis is en geen novotel of mercure. Andere ibis styles zijn meestal veel mooier. Het ontbijt was oke. Wel jammer dat ze heel slechte croissants serveren. Zelfs in nederland zou je dat niet kunnen. Ook was het ontbijt rommelig. Ondanks de kortingprijs was het voor mijn gevoel nog te duur.

Le séjour s’est globalement bien déroulé. Petit bémol au niveau de l’organisation générale pour le petit déjeuner car le samedi les machines à café étaient en panne et le personnel nous orientait vers les machines de l’accueil un peu prises d’assaut et nous avons opté pour les capsules Lavazza mais nous n’avons pas du tout aimé. De plus impossible de trouver un petit plateau (samedi, dimanche et lundi) pour y poser tout de dont nous avions besoin que ce soit boissons chaudes, viennoiseries, jus d’oranges . Le jus de la machine qu’on alimente avec de vraies oranges est lui délicieux.
