"The apartment was in a great location close to bus & tram stops. After a day of touring the city, the balcony was the perfect place to relax and still take in the views (and morning coffee on the balcony was also great)! The apartment was managed by ARCA Properties and they were great to deal with. They were quick to respond to my inquires and would even follow up to ensure everything went smooth. I would definitely rent this apartment again!"

They didn't want to give me the entrance instructions until I paid the hefty cleaning fee --which I couldn't do because I had terrible phone service. "This was perfect property for our visit. Grandpa and grandpa, parents and 2 kids. The apartment is spacious, beautiful view. The location is perfect. Across from a park and not far from the city centre. It has a grocery store close and lots of eating places within a few blocks. The host always got back to you and was friendly and helpful."

Despite all of that bustle, the apartment is very quiet when the balcony doors are closed. It was clean, spacious, modern, and all on one floor.
