Ótima estadia

A casa está a 4 quadras da praia da enseada, que foi a única que conseguimos ir com os nossos cães sem dores de cabeça. Toda ampla , com utensílios que precisamos e além, vaga para dois carros, churrasqueira e situada em uma rua bem tranquila. A comunicação foi constante e fácil, super recomendo o Sérgio.

A casa possui todos eletros domésticos necessário, uma ótima churrasqueira com espetos novos e limpos para usar. Um ótimo quintal para as crianças brincarem, só faltou uma piscina rs.

Tivemos um ótimo final de semana na casa, que é bem localizada, aconchegante e dispõe do necessário para a estadia. O Sérgio foi muito atencioso e prestativo em todos os momentos. Devo dizer que o anúncio estava conforme a situação da casa, que o ambiente estava limpo e que oferece tudo que é previsto. Espero poder fazer uma nova visita à casa.

Passei 3 dias 30/12/17 a 01/01/18 com a minha família na residência do seu Sergio. Ficamos super satisfeitos, com a organização e limpeza do imóvel, sentimos como se estivéssemos em nossa própria residência. A casa e bem espaçosa, possui toda infraestrutura que uma família precisa, tem todos os utensílios na cozinha, os quartos e aconchegante. Obrigado a o Sérgio que se preocupou a todo instante conosco. Nosso grupo agradece a atenção e a disponibilidade do Sr. Sérgio e do caseiro, Sr. Ronaldo, que nos atenderam de forma simpática e profissional. A casa estava arrumada, excelente estado de conservação e limpa. Fácil acesso ao comércio local, a Praia da Enseada, Prainha Branca e ao Centro. Não tenho reclamações a fazer só elogios. A casa é otima. esta bem conservada, o atendimento com um pequeno problema no ventilador que tivemos foi otimo, o proprietario é acessivel e educado. A localização é boa. Parabéns!!!!! Pretendo voltar assim que possivel.
