"Lovely hotel in an old country mansion. Beautiful grounds. Very helpful staff able to assist in booking tours. Quiet location 15 min walk into town and slightly closer to train station. Our room was small, but nice. Comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was really delicious. "

"Great location within a small square with cafes, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Public car park next to hotel which is free from 19:00 - 09:15 and not expensive during other times. We didn’t book breakfast but decided to have it. Such a good decision as breakfast was really good with almost too much of a selection. Pastries, breads, cereals, cheeses, hams, salmon, eggs, bacon, juices and much more."

"Wonderful small boutique airbnb in meticuloisly renovated property within the old central part of Chinon. Maurice is the perfect host and always helpful. Amazing breakfast. Stayed on second ( top) floor room, and did not find stairs difficult."
