"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. When in the apartment it was very clean although a bit tired and could do with some general maintenance. We were offered early check in which was good and communication was responsive and...

"So when I booked this room, it's was primarily for the air-conditioning as it was a heat wave and for medical reasons I needed a break from the heat. The staff were all really welcoming and friendly. They each chatted with me whenever I encountered them, and checked on me whenever I appeared at the lobby. At some point my air con conked out. But within 20 minutes of my approaching the subject with the receptionist I was put into a new room which was lovely. The rooms were spotless, even though they aren't the newest decor in the world, clean and cool was all I needed! Thank you for a pleasant stay👍"

"We had a late check in (out of staffed hours) and it could not have been easier. We made contact to make sure it was ok, on arrival we got access and our room key with no fuss. Located the room and it was all very fresh feeling and lovely. It being one of the hottest nights of the year and there no built in aircon (welcome to England), but the fan kept us cool and the whole set up was really good. Check out was very simple too."

"Beautiful old hotel well situated in the beautiful town of Ludlow Shropshire! Room was clean and staff were welcoming and helpful! Restaurant was lovely with great choices for breakfast and also had a lovely dinner! Parking is secure although can get full quickly! There are other close options for parking! Only other comment I would make that there were a lot of stair to get to my room so may not be suitable for disabled! There is a lift but still quite a few stairs to get to my room! There may be ground floor options for disabled but I didn’t need it so was fine for me! There were even some stairs up to the toilet in the bathroom! All in all a great hotel in a very good location! Would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic hotel in town centre at the base of Malvern Hills. We were made very welcome on arrival on checking in and at breakfast. 5 * breakfast before ascending the nearby Malvern Hills. Highly recommended and staff were very informative. We hope to be returning when back in the UK. Thanks to all staff."
