"Great location. Comfortable room."

"Great location, directly off the S9 route from the airport and immediately opposite an Edeka for your shopping needs. Nice large room, easy check in, comfortable bed, everything you need for a stay in Berlin. The only issue I had was the shower door opens inwards meaning it is a bit of a squeeze to actually get in to the shower."

"Clean, spacious room."

"The apartment was very clean and I was a bit surprised that we had to remove the linen and take out the trash."

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"The bathroom shower and basin were a bit clogged, so the water was draining very slowly. The blanket (not the cover) was clean but had large yellow stains. "Cannot recommend this place enough! Great staff and beautiful apartments. Location is not so great but very close to public transport."

"Great spot!"

"The single duvet for a king bed was terrible. The door wouldn’t open from the app, and despite calling support during my five-day stay, they couldn’t resolve the issue. I had to call my neighbours at midnight to open the door for me. It was a really disappointing experience, and the support staff didn’t even pick up the phone. "
