"I reserved a king bed, when I checked in they told me they did not have the room I reserved and I could have 2 queens, when I mentioned that I had reserved a king, they said "Look I have 2 queens, take it or leave it" In the shower the water did not drain, to the point when I woke up the next morning at there was STILL water in the tub"

One more mildly-annoying feature: restaurants did not open until 8 am for breakfast so early risers were out of luck."
