Insgesamt hat das Haus viel, viel Potenzial, das aktuell aber noch nicht genutzt wird.Die Küche ist für 10 Personen nicht gut ausgestattet, sehr viel altes Kochgeschirr. Die Badezimmer sind sehr veraltet, der Teppich oben verdreckt und überall im Haus sind Spuren von Vormietern bzw. dem Eigentümer.
