We were however confused that it was listed as a whole house with a hot tub, but you have to pay a fee for the hot tub, and in fact there was a whole other rental below us. The charges for an extra guest to visit were a little much also. It wasn't very clean, we found random items stuffed and placed on top of cabinets, light fixtures etc. and a cup under the bed. Lastly, to be asked to sparingly use utilities so they can save on bills is way out of...

"The home is in an excellent area! Close to many restaurants, shops, the interstate, yet in a nice housing area. Very family friendly. I would say for the next person the host not only needs to give the code to check-in but how to lock the door when you leave. I had to go through the company for them to reach them because they did not respond to messages. There were plenty of towels but No washcloths. We paid the cleaning fees but we still had to strip the beds take out all trash and turn...
