"Second stay at Easthampstead & unfortunately not as excellent as my first. Room 304 was lovely but a fair bit smaller than room 301 out in the Hepburn House. Super comfy beds though, although it didn't have a fridge available or sufficient towels.
Other downside was that we hoped being out of the main hotel this would be much quieter however we were awoken loudly 6.30-7am as the downstairs gym had a class which sounded like a very loud nightclub & the bass woke us up, which was very disappointing. Also on this stay we ordered room service, which was quick to come & food was nice but basics like condiments salt/pepper/ketchup never arrived. Also, breakfast buffet was lovely & kitchen staff went above & beyond even making porridge. Waitress staff for room service & breakfast were not all that friendly, not too happy to provide a second cup of coffee etc & the tables were unclean with hairs in the sugar sachet bowl. Shout out to the receptionist team though who were super friendly, welcoming & helpful."
