With its warm, homely atmosphere, Berkeley Studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It`s ideal for a couple`s getaway, a peaceful weekend escape, or a comfortable and accessible option for guests with mobility needs.

Just a short stroll from Tuggerah Lake, you can easily enjoy the scenic walking tracks, nearby parks and local coffee shops. Start your morning with a coffee by the lake, take a leisurely walk or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

Guests have access to the studio only which is located at the front of another property. There is off-street parking available for 1 vehicle in the shared driveway.

* Fully accessible, wheelchair friendly bathroom with hand railing, ramp and wall heater. A shower stool and toilet chair are also available upon request.
* Well-equipped kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, single portable hot plate, microwave and full-size fridge. Please note: No oven.
* Year-round comfort with ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning and extra blankets.
* Private entry with accessible ramp, outdoor seating for two, small gas BBQ, and off-street parking for one vehicle.
* Linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
* Additional features include smart TV, WIFI and board games.

NOTE: There are no laundry facilities on site, however, laundering can be arranged upon request.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
