The home was very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was so close to everything in Berkeley. Easy walking distance to the BART, campus, downtown Berkeley, and great food options. Nice ground floor apartment with good lighting. Some noise from the upstairs apartments, but nothing too obnoxious. The Friday night football excitement from across the street was an added bonus."
