"If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay."

"Husband & I spent 2 nights at Captain Wohlt for our Anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised with the upgrade that was given to us upon arrival. The accommodation was perfect and very nicely renovated. We enjoyed the live music on their beautiful outside patio area on Friday night along with the fresh cookies in our room each day. Great location and close to everything. Will definitely be back!!"

"Great bargain option for lodging in Hermann. This is a high class motel, with modern updates, easy no-contact check in, and great amenities like a smart tv, free wi-fi, hair dryer, mini fridge, and shower toiletries. We did the economy room, and while it was small, it had everything we needed. Love the communication of room number and door code via email 1 day prior to check in—made things easy and convenient.
