"The staff were friendly but not very helpful. There were a lot of steps to our rooms and no one to help carry bags, this was very difficult. The room itself was very cool and we felt like royalty in our room. The grounds were immaculate and the castle, especially at night, was both eerie and beautiful at the same. We definitely enjoyed our short stay."

"Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good.
Bathroom in the room had a strong cigarette smell (which did not go away overnight). Mattress was firm as a rock and pillow very thin. "

"Room was spacious clean and , the staff where amazing & the choice for breakfast was vast, traveled at wrong time of year to appreciate the outside but may have to revisit in summer to sit outside with a cold beer."
