"Pretty good hotel in a good location. We did have a few issues however. We almost got locked out of our room one night as keys weren’t working and reception shuts at 10pm. Also room service removed I utter towels and didn’t replace them one night."

"Loved the small courtyard where we had breakfast and wine, the architecture is gorgeous. (Our room overlooked this area) The bar staff was great and the front desk even better. The hotel was convenient to everything. On the negative, and probably our fault, we had a hard time with the driving directions to locate the hotel. Also, the breakfast at $29 euros each, seemed very expensive. Other than that, I highly recommend this property!"

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. The only downside was that as we had a little person in tow, we'd have to pay to use the pool in the spa downstairs. Which was a shame as we booked the hotel specifically as it said there was a pool. The breakfast was really nice, every member of staff we met were all so lovely and it was only a quick drive into Colmar."

Room service was prompt and outstanding, and we appreciated that ice was always readily available whenever we needed it. The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious and became one of our favorite treats during our stay. What impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction reflected their dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience. We highly recommend Régent Contades to anyone visiting Strasbourg.
