"Beskrivning och foto ger inte samma intryck när man checkar in. Korridorer i dålig skick, trapporna mycket smala och branta. Oklara öppertider vid ankomst. Vårt rum låg längst bort från rautern vilket visade sig."

"It was terrible. Had overlooked there was no aircondition in the room and it was hot and humid. But what made the stay terrible was that there furnace was broken so you could only shower in very cold water."
