The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat)."

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."
