"A “throw back” roadside motel in lovely Honor, MI. Room was an adequate size. King size Bed was comfortable. Tiny bathroom in keeping with the old roadside motel was clean and had basic supplies. We only were there overnight; 12 hours. I just can’t get used to paying over $200/night for a room. The people are VERY kind, good communication, easy check in and out. It IS the tourist season; when they make their money because winters are long and hard up there. We were visiting an old friend and I’d stay there again( and I recommended it to the friend for other visitors’ reference) The rates are in keeping with the community standards. I guess I’m just old fashioned- $200/ night infers balloons and champagne or something!"

"The room was immaculate and comfortable. This is not a "modern" hotel, so if you're expecting a modern hotel experience, don't stay here. It was friendly, quiet (on July 4th), and very relaxing. There is in fact a fabulous lake view. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back. Highly recommended. We also ate at the sister inn's restaurant, Cold Creek Inn, in downtown Beulah. Fabulous food and terrific service!"

"Beautiful, clean, relaxing home with a lovely layout for a group or large family. Also an excellent location for visiting northern Michigan. We had great communication along the way and all of our needs were met."

"Me and my husband throughly enjoyed are stay. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly which is very refreshing. We have stayed at many places were that was not the case. The rec center was lovely, nice little kitchen. When we weren’t out and about it was nice to go to the rec center and play pool and air hockey! Very satisfied with are stay!"
