"We stay here when our flight out of SHV is early. The proximity to the airport makes it easy. The hotel is relatively clean, could use some updating and fixing of certain things but overall its good for what we need it. The staff is always kind and helpful. Easy check in. Parking always seems to work out."

They can straight away to fix it and gave an extended checkout but it still was not working when we left "
