"We did valet parking, when we checked out at 11am ( check out time) the valet was closed. They got us our keys, but my husband had to go get our truck."

"Booked a suite with a king sized bed for 4 nights. Found a bed bug the next morning. Tried to get a new room and the only one they had was a room with smaller bed. Told us it was queen sized but seemed more like a full. There were 3 of us including my 4 year old and it was very uncomfortable. We've used queen sized before and wasn't like this. Next day, we tried to get another room with a bigger bed. Told us that we would have to wait until they called us. We were on vacation and didn't want to wait around. When we asked more questions, they told us that they were spending tons of money to clean out the old room and the two adjacent room. They also told us that their staff couldn't find any other bugs, and that the only proof was a picture that we took. To us, they implied that somehow we were responsible and being unreasonable. They tried to back track and said that's not what they meant but it certainly felt like it. Eventually we asked for our money back and had to book another hotel at the last minute. We also asked for an incident report just to document in case we bring the bug home with us. Was told they don't have a form so we couldn't get anything in writing. All we had was a note in their PC system. We would have much preferred something in writing since any info in their system can be changed. Would not recommend. Now we also have to wait and see if we brought any bed bugs home with us. They did como us for 2 days of breakfast so there is that."

"I felt the staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. The place was very clean. The recommendations for eating were wonderful; the breakfast staff was especially delightful. They were so kind and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. It was very clean. It was well stocked with towels. It was an absolutely delightful stay."

"Very spacious room with the sink and vanity in main room. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast very good with hot choices of eggs and sausage with muffins, toast, cereal, fruit and coffee was good. Bed on firm side but comfortable and pillows comfortable"

"It was an okay experience. The room is small but updated. The breakfast is okay not great - reheated frozen eggs, waffle machine, old fruit and pastries. One big concern is the side door either did not open at all or did not lock at all, and it vacillated between those two conditions. Most of the time it was just unlocked and allowed free entry to anyone off the street. That didn’t seem particularly safe. It is also a bit under construction so it’s a bit dusty/dirty. But all that said, it was otherwise okay and it was cheap and convenient to where we needed to be during the day."

"Lovely lovely place especially for the price. If you need an elevator, I would not recommend this place because they don’t have one. That was my only drawback. Otherwise it’s fabulous."

"This property is a 3 star hotel on its best day. This hotel does have a certain charm, but that is negated by an overall sense that the hotel is very lacking in a regular cleaning schedule. In fact, in the three days I was there I did not see one single person doing any cleaning anywhere, not on the guest floor and not in the main areas. The room did not feel adequately clean, especially the bathroom. The towels are thin and one of them had a hole in it. I will add that the staff is very nice and friendly. Regardless of the helpful staff, I would not choose this hotel again."

"Bathroom was very clean. Carpet needed a good cleaning. Reception staff very helpful. Parking/ valet system will likely keep us from considering this property in the future."
