Welcome to Splitrock 13, a wonderful single-level Sunriver retreat with air conditioning, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private hot tub for starry-night soaks. With 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, plus a bonus TV nook, there’s space for everyone to spread out and settle in.

The Space
Step onto the large wrap-around deck and into the bright great room with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful river rock gas fireplace, perfect after a day of exploring. The well-stocked kitchen makes group meals easy, and the farm-style dining table is ready for pancakes, board games, and big family dinners.

Outside, fire up the gas BBQ and dine at one of the two patio tables, then cap the night with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub.

Sleeping (12 Guests)
After a full day in Sunriver, everyone can sleep comfortably:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed + twin bunk (great for families)
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed (accessed through the bonus TV room)

The bonus TV room doubles as a great second hangout space for kids or movie nights. Plus, the home has a tankless water heater so the whole group can rinse off without racing the clock.

Fun & Getting Around

Explore Sunriver on 7 adult bikes waiting in the garage, or stay in and spark a little friendly competition with the ping pong table.

Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you’re close to the bike path and just a short ride to the north grocery store and tennis courts. Fort Rock Park is about a half mile away, and the Village at Sunriver, shops, dining, horseback riding, and summer river floats are all within a few miles.

House was very clean, and they were good to communicate with. Nothing bad to say at all and worked really good for us as each room essentially had its own bath. My only suggestion would be to leave some kind of cleaners out to wipe down counters etc. We wound up dust buying some spray cleaner at the local store and were able to get the same one we use at home so not really a big deal. Thanks again.

Great property with a perfect layout for multiple couples or large family. 4 bedrooms plus 4 bathrooms. Loved the ping pong table and bicycles. Also liked the northern sunriver location close to the northern entrance. It made our frequent trips to Bend easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Sunriver family week

Great house!! The 2 bedrooms with king beads were perfect for our daughters and their spouses and little kids and the 2 queen bedrooms were great for the couples without kids. Super close to the store, quiet neighborhood. We loved it!!!

Loved this house

This house was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. And, because we are all getting a little older, we appreciated that the entire home is on one level. The home was clean, comfortable and not too fussy. The couches were comfortable as were the beds. The location was excellent and very quiet. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Sunriver.

Sunriver getaway

This is a well located large home the comfortably accommodated our large family. Kitchen was well stocked and pots and pans were in great condition. The beds in the two suites were too soft for our liking and two of the three couches in the living room are broken down and need replaced or cushions restuffed, something.

Perfect floor plan for our group

We had a fun mix of young couples and older couples in this house and the great separation of living spaces worked out wonderfully. The kitchen was big and very well stocked with every cooking appliance and gadget imaginable. Tons of extra bedding and towels which is always appreciated. Very comfortable home and even without AC in the middle of July it stayed fairly cool. Enjoyed staying here and it worked very well for us.

Nice home on the north end huge spaces

We enjoyed staying at this home- it has large spaces and lots of private baths for a large family gathering if needed . Great kitchen- it snowed and we enjoyed making soups and comfort food. Quiet cul de sac close to north store and bike trails

Great layout

This house has a great layout and I appreciated the quick communication. Very easy to check in and out. There was a few things that could be updated/fixed but nothing major. Overall it was wonderful and met all our needs.
