We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver at this home that is full of potential. The space is large, comfortable and perfectly located. However, a lack of care in the maintenance of the place had an effect on our enjoyment of our time. The listing featured images of bikes, a ping-pong table, a barbecue grill, and a video game unit. Unfortunately, the bikes were mostly in poor maintenance. One bike had the seat nearly break off during use, another had such bad gear alignment issues that it nearly resulted in a crash for an older guest. The video game arcade unit in the images is non-functional. The ping pong table is damaged to the point that use is difficult because the net flops over. The grill was in pieces in the garage. Additionally, one half of the king mattress in the master room sank like a valley, multiple lights had burnt out bulbs and the ceiling fan in the main room does not work, which became a larger issue when the air conditioning unit broke down for 24 hours after a rain event. The property management company was highly responsive to our requests and made efforts to improve our time, including bringing a functioning grill and sending a maintenance technician in a timely response who was able to replace the bulbs, but was unable to get the fan to work. In summary, this house has tremendous potential. The open floor plan, ample seating and large table easily accommodated our group of 8. Yet, the evident neglect of the unit did not match the price point
