The living room opens to a spacious dining area with seating for 8. The updated kitchen features hardwood floors, an island with seating for 4 more, plus beautifully crafted countertops, perfect for the chef in your group. Modern appliances and all the cooking utensils you will need to whip up a gourmet meal are included.

The main level ensuite bedroom has a King bed and attached private bath with large walk-in shower and access to the back deck.

Upstairs you will find a second ensuite bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom three has two twin beds, a queen bed, sofa, and TV. Bedroom four has a queen bed and tv. The upstairs guest bath has dual sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

Gorgeous glass doors open from the dining room to the outside deck where you will find a private hot tub and BBQ for guest enjoyment.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
