This comfortable apartment sleeps up to four people and features one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Guests can also enjoy access to a communal swimming pool during the summer months, as well as the convenience of a private covered parking space.

The area is well connected to the Cerler ski resort, just a 16-minute drive away, and the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park, only 14 minutes by car, perfect for hiking and outdoor adventures. You’ll be surrounded by the highest peaks of the Pyrenees, including Aneto, Maladeta, and Vallibierna.

From here, you can also enjoy scenic hikes to the Ardonés Waterfalls or the Tramarrius Waterfall. With such a wide variety of trails and excursions, you’ll never run out of breathtaking places to explore.

You can easily get around the area by car.

The accommodations are located on the first floor. However, please note that you’ll need to climb a few stairs within the complex to reach the property.

Guests have access to a private parking space and can enjoy a shared swimming pool, available exclusively for up to 4 guests.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, result in a penalty of 700 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
