"Nice room, good rate, good eating. Internet was down and ice machine out of order"

"My husband and I have stayed multiple times. Reliably clean and we know what what we are getting. This isn't luxury but it's very up to date and tidy. Beds are comfortable to us. Hospital helio pad is close but noise doesn't bother us. I always travel with ear plugs."

"Horrible service waited hours for our room well beyond the check-in time. Would t provide new towels and told us we had to wait till they washed the ones we already had. Never cleaned our room once in the 4 days we were in the room"

"We booked at the last minute. Were put into a handicap room without being told ahead of time. Perhaps they were fully booked a had no other room available but it would have been nice to have been told. Room was ok but the mirror in the bathroom was lower to accommodate a wheel chair however very awkward for someone standing."

"Clean room. Close walking distance to restaurants. Underground parking. staff was helpful. Had to ask for towels as they were not in the room."

""Breakfast" was not good, it was maybe half of a continental breakfast. The hallway smelled poorly, new carpet should be replaced."
