"Mattress was horrible."

"We had a windows that was open in our room upon checking and couldn't close after trying to close it. We ask to change room, the staff said all windows are the same, they cannot close. It was evident he did not want to assist with changing rooms. He proceeded to tell us how safe the neighborhood was and we just had to put down the blind for privacy and safety."

"Liked that it was a reasonable price. Didn't like the musty cigarette smell in the room. Odd that I tried to give cash for a security deposit. She stated they didn't take cash but when I gave her my credit card she said she would take cash. I've had trouble in the past getting money returned to my credit cards."
