The staff was great but the building is in really poor shape and the first room we were given had dirty sheets. Human hairs in the bed sheets a small bug on the one pillow. Won’t stay here again.. I do want to emphasize the staff was great!! They immediately got us a different room. Very apologetic .. Brought the key up to us so we didn’t have to take all our stuff back down to the lobby. It looks like the began renovations but then stopped ..

The room was super dingy, floor was rock hard like plywood with the thinnest carpet over it. We were told we were going in one if their nicest rooms.. the Microwave didn't work. The bathroom light was florescent with an abnoxious loud fan. No bath either. 2 stars are for the bed which was not bad comfort level and the nice staff. Would not stay here again.

Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast bagels juice eggs sausage waffles yougurt and dont forget the coffee. The bed in our first room was broken went and told staff without hesitation they found us a new room and it eneded up being right across the hall. The pool was warm but slick pool coating was really smooth. Hot tub was amazing besides the fact the coating was cracking and in the hot tub.

Front desk person was friendly and efficient. The bed was comfortable and our room was very clean. We are surrounded by lots of dining and shopping options. The only downside was our shower didn’t work, my husband looked at it and there was a hole in the hose. If we had discovered this last night, I’m sure they would have found us a different room but we are on our way to an event this morning.
