The rooms are okay, and the breakfast is good. However, some facilities are inconvenient to use. The swimming pool requires a reservation and is limited to one hour per day. The rooftop restaurant also requires a reservation The elevator key system had frequent issues, which was frustrating. The location is not very central—it’s about a 15–20 minute taxi or Uber ride to main attractions like the Eiffel Tower. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but the service and restrictions take away from the experience."

"The property is undergoing construction. The air conditioning wast on and it was 25 degrees outside. My room was dirty with no top sheet on the bed. The restaurant was only offering a very expensive buffet for dinner - so no room service was available other than from the bar. I asked for a fan since there was no air conditioning and was told they didn’t have anymore to offer me. Overall, this hotel does not have the services and amenities that they advertise."

The only downside was that the restaurant is not open 24 hours, and room service is not available, so you can’t order food to your room at any time. Overall, this is still one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!"
