"The property looks nice. My problem was with Hotels.com.
The listing appeared on Hotels.com, but actually originates on another platform. We arrived 10 PM in pouring rain (a tornado touched down 6 miles away) and found it occupied. The reservation company (40 minutes and 6 phone calls later) said the credit card did not clear, and "we emailed you in December". "Front desk staff were all very accommodating.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
Our bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean. The whole hotel had a strange smell, but it looked clean.
There was no clothes iron, hair dryer, or coffee maker in our room. We personally do not need these things, but it would be good to verify all the things that were supposed to come with the room or in the room so you don't get charged for them. We did not get charged for them.
