Get on the Back 40 and Blowing Springs trails from the house. The home is located in a quite cul-de-sac with peaceful views from the back deck where you are are sure to see Deer visiting.

The home is pet friendly for dogs under 20lb with a dog run.

We're just a scenic walk through the trails to Gear Garden, a vibrant local spot featuring live music, food trucks, events, and even a cozy on-site coffee shop.
