Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host accepted my booking and then completely ignored me. I had no contact and no check in instructions, so the day before my visit I had to get Vrbo to contact the host and they told me that he actually couldn’t host me. Terrible communication, super unprofessional. Why wouldn’t he just tell me that earlier and cancel the booking instead of waiting until the last moment. Don’t even know why Vrbo is letting this host still keep the listing up.
