"Beautiful home, well situated. We loved the walled patio, it was perfect for coffee and pastries in the morning and then dinner and games in the evening. Lots of space and bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and the view of Menin Gate Bridge was lovely. Benoit was great and gave us a history of the artifacts displayed in the home, helped us with our itinerary and made us feel very welcome and special. I’d already told family and friends that if they ever made their way to Ypres, Menin Gate...

"Camping? Stay here. Backpacking and tired of all the big cities, stay here. Beautiful nature and a lovely little cabin. Can’t recommend enough"

"We really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Ypres. The Menin Gate was viewed from our property and attending the Last Post ceremony just outside our door was a truly memorable experience. The accommodation is spacious, modern and very comfortable. It was the ideal place for exploring Ypres and the surrounding battlefields."

"Very nice property. As expected for a place like Ypres, the stairs are very narrow and it is not mobility accessible (we didn’t need this). It’s a perfect walking distance to the square and there was easy street parking."

"A very clean and well appointed property. Being open plan it was light and airy with a spacious feel and a large shower room/toilet. The property benefitted from secure parking within the grounds courtyard behind electrically operated gates. It was conveniently located with a short walk into Ypres centre and Menin gate along the old city wall. The rail station was a 15 minute walk away with trains to other cities including Bruges, Ghent and Antwerp. There is a supermarket opposite the property...

"The apartment is more like a cosy 5 star house! The room's are very comfortable and wonderfully clean. The bathroom is amazing! Kitchen is fabulous! Everything Liesehas done is extremely tastefully decorated and very homely at the same time, yet you feel like you are staying in a 5 star hotel....location is a dream come true. Can't say enough about how great this stay was for us. Thanks so much "
