"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. The rooms, divine. The food, outstanding. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We can't wait to return!"

"A hidden gem! Close to everything, and extremely walkable. The Botanic train station is less than a 5 minute walk away in case you want to visit another area of Belfast, but there are tons of restaurants, shopping, and pubs nearby to keep you busy. The breakfast was phenomenal, the staff super professional, and the rooms were spacious. They do have a free parking lot for about ~10 cars and we were able to snag a spot around 2:30PM (just before the 3PM check-in). If it fills up, no worries!...

"The staff was wonderful and it was a great location. I was only disappointed that there were some basic ammenities missing. No mini-fridge or even basic wash cloths. The staff was helpful at every turn and the lack of fridge was on me for not noticing but not having wash cloths or an iron/steamer in the room just seemed like a basic necessity that was missing. Having said this, the price was right and I would likely stay there again but be more prepared for the things that were missing. "

"The hotel is away from the city centre, but its a 5 - 10 min walk to a coffee shop, subway & a convenience store. It's also opposite the Titanic museum."

"I would highly recommend stopping here. The staff were warm and welcoming -everyday! The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was great. My room faced the road, so was a bit noisy, but it soon died down later at night."

"Rooms are nice and clean however, a few gripes-ordered room service breakfast it arrived as was getting in the lift to check out! The coffee was literally water it wasn’t great! The rest of it was nice enough! Also lifts are a nightmare only one actually working this morning and crammed in like sardines and it stopped on every other floor. Also had to call down to reception for a pen to order as non in the room and no water on the first night but got some on the second. Good location though and...
